Il prossimo 21 giugno 2019 presso l’Università Luiss Guido Carli di Roma si terrà la annuale Air Law Conference, giunta alla sua sesta edizione, dal titolo “Facing the new Challenges in the Aviation Industry -How Regulators and Air Law Experts are Addressing Them”. La Air Law Conference, ideata e coordinata da Laura Pierallini, fondatrice dello studio legale Pierallini di Roma e docente Luiss, rappresenta ormai uno dei più importanti eventi sul trasporto aereo in Italia.
Al convegno verranno discussi temi di grande attualità per il mercato del trasporto aereo, dalla capacità di attrarre nuovi investimenti, agli aspetti regolamentari e di concorrenza, alla disamina dei futuri scenari post Brexit, sino ai nuovi orientamenti giurisprudenziali in materia di diritti del passeggero.
Il convegno si svolgerà interamente in lingua inglese per consentire l’intervento e la partecipazione di giuristi di rilievo internazionale e numerosi rappresentanti delle Autorità, delle università e delle compagnie aeree nazionali, europee ed internazionali.
